Urban Living Finance India Limited (ULFIL) is a non-deposit taking NBFC registered with Reserve Bank of India. The company was incorporated in year 1995 and was taken over by Mr Saumitra Singh as a Managing Director and His Family Member’s in year 2013, since than company started its operation in Rajasthan with its registered office at Jaipur, Rajasthan. ULFIL is engaged in secured lending (commercial vehicle, two wheeler loans, loans against property, machinery etc.). The tenure of which ranges from two to five years. At Present the company operates through its 22 branches in 12 districts of Rajasthan. We are continuously working to enhance experience of our customer with simple operations, minimal documentation and flexible repayment options.

Our managers care about your needs. You speak to one person throughout your loan process, and they are always available to help with any questions. All our customers are mapped to a dedicated relationship manager.

Technology put to good use

Our loan process is entirely, with even the documents being uploaded via scans to our system. Track your loans, through customer mobile application ‘Home First Customer Portal’. We have a dedicated mobile application for many functions, including accessing their loan statements, prepaying loans without any prepayment charges and raising service requests.

Loan applications

After submitting an application, you will receive a text message/ call with a response within 24 hours. We send regular updates to customers on the status of their loan applications and remind them of their payment schedules through automated calls and text messages/call.
